Most of our products are made-to-order and will ship after our "production period". This can take anywhere from 5-30 business days (although some items in our store are labeled "ready-to-ship" and will ship within 1-5 business days). All orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Once we have finished making your order and it is looking AWESOME, it is then packaged to be shipped from our Canadian or US warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

Orders containing both "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order" items will have multiple shipments. (at no extra charge) 

Sometimes tees, tanktops & croptops will ship separately from hoodies & sweaters, just be patient and await the second portion of your shipment! We’ll send you an email confirming each additional shipment. 

We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel your order you can email us at info@set4lyfe.com within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try cancelling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the shipping process; unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.

Don’t worry though, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date you receive your merchandise and send it back to us. 

Email us with your order number and item you wish to exchange. (info@set4lyfe.com) Let us know what the issue is. Make sure the item is unworn and in perfect resellable condition. We'll review your request and send you an email within 1-5 business days letting you know if it was approved or denied, along with specific instructions on how to proceed with your return/exchange.

Once an order has been placed contact us asap to remove items. To add items simply just place a secondary new order. You can also contact customer service and request to have your order cancelled so you can place a new order with the correct items. To cancel your order, you must email info@set4lyfe.com within 1 hour of your placing your order. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the shipping process; unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.
